These products suppose to be warm, giving surfers greater flexibility and improving surfing performance. All these attributes are presented on the positions that this surfers have on prints.

There’s something very familiar about these ads. And suddenly I find myself missing my ex-boyfriend a lot. Hmmm. At the very least, this is an ad concept consumers can connect with. Wouldn’t you agree?
Well..if you are a surfer then you will understand the feeling very well.
But, yes consumers can connect with this ad.
And I`m not a surfer. Only an web surfer.
I know that Aussie surfers have a greater capacity for cheese than their American counterparts, but these are some astonishingly cheesy ads…kind of Orbit gum gone public sex. And just for the record, as someone who’s been devouing surf ads for 25 years, I don’t know of a single campaign that featured male models (instead of name surfers), no matter how cute, that has ever resonated with surfers. I’m gonna make the call and say “good idea, poorly executed, mate.” (Now if that was Fanning, screaming “HEEEEEYY!!!”, THAT would be spot-on.)
