and do we the people see that money in our pockets??? NO!!!!!
Apart from aluminium, it wastes more energy to recycle than just to dump and reuse the decomposing methane - what’s the point of taking dirty unusable plastic and washing it to get an inferior product. the raw natural petroleum byproduct you “rescued” will end up being dumped
And trees are like potatoes - ever recycled your mcdonalds fries? you just grow new potatoes, just like you grow new trees!
And silicon (glass) is hardly a difficult substance to produce.
If its not aluminium, ask for proof that you’re actually better off recycling than dumping - this propaganda video is the result of the stupid uninformed trying to lead us all down the path of really hurting planet earth with far more greenhouse gasses and energy waste.
There’s already lots of research into making bacteria that will live off of non-biodegradable materials. Put these in landfills and watch as the free energy in methane form pours out!
I know someone who works for the paper industry and he says that the amount of chemicals used to recycle paper is terrible. Personally I do recycle but I also try to reduce the amount I use and also re-use whenever possible.
any kind of metal can be recycled, any material can be reused somewhere or some how
